Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and sent from the Gold Coast (Australia) the same day or within the next two working days, with Australia Post. Packages are tracked and arrive within 5-6 workings.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival

  • modifications or alterations to any Outracked Systems product;
  • the installation of third-party or non-standard accessories;
  • incorrect installation or use of the product; or
  • use of the product outside its intended purpose or rated limits.

Outracked Systems makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, safety, or performance of modified products. All warranties may be void where modifications or non-standard installations have been carried out.

Professional installation by a suitably qualified person is recommended. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring ongoing inspection, maintenance, and safe use of the product.
